The Real Estate Economics & Management Club (REMC) is a club operating under the management of the Student Association and receiving significant support and orientation from the Faculty of Construction Economics & Management – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. The club was established with the goal of creating an extracurricular environment for students specializing in Real Estate Economics & Management in particular, and for Construction Economics & Management students in general who are interested in and want to deeply explore the real estate sector.
In the academic year 2020–2021, the Real Estate Economics & Management Club (REMC) successfully organized several activities as follows:
1/ Club Member Recruitment for the Academic Year 2020–2021
The Club member recruitment activity is an important annual event held at the start of every new academic year. The Club's recruitment always attracts a large number of students, not only those specializing in Real Estate Economics and Management but also students from other majors within the Faculty and the University who participate in applications and interviews.
The recruitment session is always full of joy and laughter, not stress!

According to the curriculum of the subject "Introduction to Real Estate Economics and Management Major," in addition to in-class discussions, students are also taken on site visits to actual projects. This year, students from classes 65BDS1 and 65BDS2 visited the Diamond Tower Project, developed by the MBland Real Estate Company.
The Real Estate Economics and Management Club provided support for the preparation work and assisted the supervising lecturers in organizing and leading the delegation, successfully completing the assigned tasks.

The REMC Club Birthday Celebration program is the most anticipated event of the year. This is an occasion for REMC alumni to return to the university, meet with lecturers and friends, and a time for all REMC members to return to their beloved shared home full of memories.

The REMC Club's 7th Birthday, which seemed impossible to hold due to the pandemic, successfully gathered current and former REMCers in a warm atmosphere, along with best wishes from the Head of the Department of Real Estate Economics & Management, alumni, and some close sponsoring units of the Club.
4/ REMCERs and Volunteer Activities
Alongside academic exchange sessions and extracurricular activities within the university, with the support of the Student Association, lecturers, and benevolent businesses, the REMC club regularly organizes charity programs such as "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children," "Loving Tet," and giving gifts to the dialysis community near Bach Mai Hospital, aiming to provide a small contribution to those in difficult circumstances.
5/ Online Seminar Program with Real Estate Economics and Management Students on Career Opportunities
The Student Seminar on Career Opportunities program is an annual activity of the Club held every May. This program helps new students entering the university to learn more about their major, clearly define their post-graduation career path, and gain motivation for their study and research process.
The program also helps third- and fourth-year students seek summer job opportunities relevant to their major, find internship units for technical staff, and search for employment after graduation, etc.
The program is a place for meeting and exchanging between Real Estate Economics and Management students and businesses operating in the real estate sector, as well as alumni specializing in Real Estate Economics and Management.
However, due to the tense situation of the pandemic, this program was not held in-person (Offline) as usual in the academic year 2020-2021. Instead, the activity was switched to an online format on the REMC Club's Facebook Fanpage and general Zalo group.
