INFORMATION ON STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT SHIBAURA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, JAPAN

The Office of International Cooperation would like to inform faculty and students about the upcoming student exchange program at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Tokyo, Japan:

1. Program Duration: September 8, 2023 – September 17, 2023

2. Location: Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan

3. Program Activities:

   • Visit the Tokyo Ring Road construction site and construction companies

   • Visit reconstruction projects in Fukushima Prefecture

   • Participate in group work activities

4. Eligibility:

   • Students of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering

   • Good academic performance

   • Fluent in English

5. Scholarship Value:

   • 80,000 JPY for students with GPA ≥ 2.3/3.0 (Japanese grading scale)

   • 60,000 JPY for students with GPA < 2.3/3.0 (Japanese grading scale)

   The scholarship is intended to cover expenses related to the program.
