On Saturday morning (November 22, 2025), the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering successfully organized the scientific workshop entitled “Application of AI in Construction Investment.” The event brought together experts, lecturers, and researchers from both within and outside the Faculty, with the aim of sharing knowledge, practical experience, and orientations for applying artificial intelligence technologies in the context of the current strong digital transformation.

The workshop consisted of two discussion sessions, during which the presented papers focused on harnessing the power of generative AI to enhance work efficiency and optimize construction investment activities. In particular, the discussions addressed the following topics:

✨ Dr. Ta Ngoc Binh – Head of the Department of Digital Construction and Investment Economics Research, shared insights into the application of various AI-based tools (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Perplexity, etc.) in construction investment management activities.

✨ Mr. Ho Vinh Anh – General Director & Country Director of Turner Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared his experience in applying artificial intelligence in construction supervision, construction organization, and the company’s construction investment management activities.

With the enthusiastic participation of speakers and experts, the workshop not only provided valuable new knowledge but also opened up numerous opportunities for research collaboration and practical application. This represents an important step in enabling the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering to keep pace with the trend of integrating artificial intelligence with construction, education, and project management in the digital era.
