Lập Phương Architecture Joint Stock Company, operating in the field of high-rise building design consulting, is currently seeking to recruit a Female Staff Member for the Contract Planning Department.

► Location: Pakexim 2 Area - Alley 15 An Duong Vuong Street, Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. ► Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday morning work required. ► Salary: 12-18 million VND, depending on ability. ► Requirements:

• Job Duties: Quotation preparation, drafting design consultancy bidding documents, acceptance testing for payment and final settlement, monitoring contracts, output/volume, and revenue.

• University degree in Economics or Engineering major.

• 1-2 years of experience.

• For recent graduates, a 2-month unpaid internship is required for work familiarization and guidance. If the intern demonstrates aptitude in learning and handling tasks, they will be offered a probationary and then an official contract.
