General Information

• Position: Planning – Technical Department Officer

• Salary: 10-22 million VND (Depending on competence and work experience)

• Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience in the Construction field (Quantity take-off, materials, machinery and equipment; preparing Estimates – Total Estimates – Total Investment Capital); based on the quantities taken off, prepare forecasts for materials, equipment, machinery serving construction execution, and manage execution.

• Required Qualification: University degree or higher (Priority for candidates with a Valuation Engineer Certificate)

• Major: Construction Economics Engineer, Construction Management Engineer

Job Description

1. Thorough understanding of current regulations on quantity take-off from design drawings and accurate quantity take-off for projects.

2. Thorough understanding of current regulations on preparing total investment capital, total estimate, and estimating, and accurately and fully preparing total investment capital, total estimate, and estimates for projects.

3. Thorough understanding of current regulations on calculating material quantities and preparing forecasts for materials, machinery, and equipment serving construction execution.

4. Manage quantities, materials, and costs to ensure economic and efficient construction execution.

5. Ability to analyze and evaluate the economic efficiency of invested capital.

6. Re-check quantities to perform acceptance and settlement/final payment for teams and subcontractors (if any).

7. Thorough understanding of regulations on economic contracts to draft economic contracts with partners.

8. Ability to compile reports on output – material/equipment plan, and budget forecasts for the month, quarter, and year.

Other Requirements

• Good health to ensure effective work performance.

• Desire for long-term commitment to company development.

• Proficient use of AutoCAD and estimating software.
