On the morning of April 18, 2022, at Room 305A1, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management held the overview essay defense for the doctoral dissertation of PhD candidate Tran Duc Binh (lecturer at the Department of Construction Economics) with the dissertation topic:

After the opening session, the PhD candidate presented a summary of the main contents of his overview essay. The members of the evaluation committee provided valuable feedback and posed questions to help clarify the research direction. The essay received high evaluations from the committee. The PhD candidate will continue to revise the essay and carry out subsequent research modules.
