On the morning of April 6, 2022, the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, held the doctoral dissertation defense for PhD candidate Pham Quoc Truong with the dissertation topic:

“State Management of Construction Investment Projects under the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Model in Vietnam”
Major code: 9.58.03.02

Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Dang Quang – Department of Business Economics.

After the opening session, the PhD candidate presented a summary of the main contents of his dissertation. The members of the evaluation committee provided feedback and posed questions to help clarify the research content. With the unanimous agreement of all committee members, PhD candidate Pham Quoc Truong successfully defended his doctoral dissertation. This achievement brought great joy to the candidate as well as to the Department, the Faculty, and the University.
