On December 27, 2025, within the framework of the Practical Field Visit course, the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management organized a meaningful on-site field trip for Classes 69QD1 and 69QD2.
The delegation was led by MSc. Nguyen Hoa Binh and MSc. Pham Thuy Binh from the Division of Project Management & Law, in coordination with Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, providing students with valuable practical exposure and professional insights.

The destinations of this field trip were two key projects:
(i) The Matrix One – Phase 2 and (ii) the Lumi Hanoi Project.

During the site visit, students of classes 69QD1 & 69QD2 received a warm and professional welcome from the site management team. Beyond observation, the second-year students of the Faculty were able to gain hands-on exposure through the following activities:
Listening to a detailed introduction about Ricons as the contractor and the scale of the construction projects.

Concluding this highly informative field trip, the lecturers and students of classes 69QD1 and 69QD2 took meaningful commemorative photos with the site management team, marking a strong and sustainable connection between the University and the Enterprise.

Representatives of the two classes also expressed their sincere gratitude for the warm and enthusiastic reception by the site staff.
