INFORMATION ON JOINT MASTER’S PROGRAMS
INTERNATIONAL TRAINING FACULTY – CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND CONSULTING
Training Model
The first year is studied at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), taught by Vietnamese lecturers. The second year is studied at the international partner university, taking additional courses and conducting a thesis under the supervision of international lecturers.
The program is taught entirely in English for both years.
The Master of Science degree and the 2-year transcript are issued by the international university.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants can be Vietnamese students or international students holding a bachelor’s degree related to basic construction. There is no minimum GPA requirement.
Must have sufficient English proficiency for study.
Age under 40. Final-year HUCE students are eligible (for programs in Germany).
No entrance exam is required. Applications and interviews are conducted in English (from January to August each year).

Less pressure compared to studying two years entirely abroad.
Possibility to work part-time during the first year.
Support and consultation are provided for studying, visa procedures, and admission to the international university.
