BHI Construction Joint Stock Company is seeking to recruit 03 Full-time Project Management Officers (Client-side PM).

• Work Location: Office in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

► Requirements:

• University degree in Construction, Construction Economics, or Construction Management majors.

• Experience: 01 position requires over 5 years of experience in a similar role, and 02 positions require 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project, etc.

• Enthusiastic, honest, eager to learn.

• Desire for long-term commitment to the company.

► Job Description:

• Prepare, monitor, and update legal procedures related to construction investment: construction permits, investment policy approval, fire prevention and fighting (PCCC), environment, etc.

• Control design documents (conceptual design, technical design, construction drawings).

• Check estimates: Review quantities in the estimate, check applied unit prices and norms, control the total investment value/total estimate.

• Monitor and check the quantity and payment value of contractors. Control cost overruns within the approved budget limit.

• Draft tender documents, evaluate bids. Propose the selection of contractors: consulting, construction, equipment supply, supervision, auditing. Negotiate and submit contracts for signing.
