II. ADMISSION METHODS

1. Method 1:

Admission based on the 2025 National High School Graduation Examination and aptitude test results (for programs requiring aptitude subjects).

• Candidates register their preferences on MOET’s National Admission System from July 16 to 5:00 PM on July 28, 2025.

• Candidates using international language certificates to convert English/French scores must register at:
  👉 https://qdcc.huce.edu.vn (from May 15 to 12:00 PM on July 28, 2025).

• Candidates using aptitude test results from other universities must submit the results to NUCE before 5:00 PM on July 27, 2025 (in person or via express post).

2. Method 2:

Admission based on high school academic performance (transcripts) – applicable to graduates in and before 2025.

• Step 1: Register at https://xthb.huce.edu.vn (May 15 – 11:59 PM, June 20, 2025).

• Step 2: Register preferences on MOET’s system (July 16 – 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025).

3. Method 3:

Admission based on results of tests organized by other universities (TSA, SPT, V-SAT).

• TSA, SPT: Register on MOET’s system (July 16 – 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025).

• V-SAT:

  • Step 1: Register at https://V-SAT.huce.edu.vn (June 20 – 11:59 PM, June 30, 2025).

  • Step 2: Register on MOET’s system (July 16 – 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025).

4. Method 4:

Admission using international competency assessment certificates

• Step 1: Download the application form: Dowload here

• Step 2: Prepare the application according to the guidelines in the attached Admission Information file.

• Step 3: Submit the dossier directly at NUCE or via express post (May 15 – 5:00 PM, June 30, 2025).

Applicable to candidates with outstanding achievements or students from specialized/national key high schools.

• Step 1: Register at https://utxt.huce.edu.vn (May 15 – 11:59 PM, June 20, 2025).

• Step 2: Register on MOET’s system (July 16 – 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025).

III. REGISTRATION FEES
