GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION AND REGISTRATION
FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES OF THE 2025 UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION – FIRST ROUND

I. Enrollment Confirmation

1. Time: From August 22 to 5:00 PM, August 30, 2025

2. Method: Online via the Ministry of Education and Training’s Admission Support System

Candidates must complete the Enrollment Confirmation before proceeding to the Enrollment Registration step.

II. Enrollment Registration

1. Time: From August 27 to 5:00 PM, August 31, 2025

2. Method: Online via the University’s Enrollment System

3. Steps for Enrollment Registration:

Step 1: Log in to the System

• Access the system at https://nhaphoc.huce.edu.vn

• Download the Admission Notice (soft copy).

Step 2: Submit Online Documents

Upload the following soft copies to the system:

• Photo for student ID (4x6 cm, color, white background, minimum 300 dpi, passport style, taken within the last 6 months);

• Birth certificate;

• Citizen ID card (both sides);

• Temporary high school graduation certificate (for 2025 graduates) or High school diploma (for previous graduates);

• Health insurance card, or screenshot from VssID app, or handwritten insurance code;

• Documents proving eligibility for priority admission (if applicable).

Step 3: Update and Verify Personal Information

• Check and update student information as required on the system;

• Print the Student Profile Form, attach a photo, and get verification and stamp from your local authority (across the photo).

Step 4: Introduction to International and Integrated Training Programs

• Review materials introducing the university’s International and Integrated Programs;

• Contact via hotline or email for consultation (if interested).

Step 5: Complete the Admission Survey

• Complete an online survey on factors influencing your choice of university, major, and training program.

Step 6: Tuition Payment and Other Fees

• Pay tuition and other required fees following the detailed instructions provided on the system.
