GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION AND ENROLLMENT

Full-Time Undergraduate Programmes – 2022

Admission Confirmation

Period: From 18 September 2022 until 5:00 PM on 30 September 2022.

Method: Online via the National Higher Education Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET):

Note: Applicants must complete the admission confirmation process before proceeding with enrollment.

Enrollment

Method: Combination of online and in-person enrollment.

Enrollment Period: 20 September – 1 October 2022

Step 1

Access the online enrollment system at:

https://nhaphoc.huce.edu.vn/nhap-hoc-truc-tuyen.html

Username: Citizen Identification Number (or National Identity Card Number)
Password: Date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy

Example: A candidate born on 01/07/2004 will use 01/07/2004 as the password.

Step 2

Complete the following tasks on the enrollment system:

Download the Admission Letter (scanned copy).
Review and update personal information.
Print the Student Profile Form, attach a passport-sized photograph, and obtain certification from the local authority where the applicant resides.
Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Student ID photo (4 × 6 cm, white background, taken within the last six months);
- Birth Certificate;
- Citizen Identification Card (or National Identity Card);
- Supporting documents for priority admission categories in accordance with MOET regulations;
- Temporary Upper Secondary School Graduation Certificate (for 2022 graduates) or Upper Secondary School Diploma (for graduates of previous years).

Step 3

Review the information materials introducing the International and Integrated Academic Programmes.

Step 4

Pay tuition fees and other required charges.

Students may pay via the BaoKim e-wallet (baokim.vn) or transfer the payment to one of the following bank accounts:

When making the payment, applicants should clearly state:

Full name;
Citizen Identification Number (or National Identity Card Number);
Payment description:

"Tuition fee and other charges for Cohort 67."

Nguyen Van A – 001xxxxxxx20 – Tuition fee and other charges for Cohort 67

Note: Payments transferred on Saturdays or Sundays will be confirmed on the following Monday.

Step 5

Complete in-person enrollment at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering after successfully finishing the previous four steps.

Applicants must submit the following documents:

Original Certificate of Results of the 2022 Upper Secondary School Graduation Examination (or Certificate of Results of the Thinking Assessment Test, or Certificate of Award in the National Excellent Student Competition or Science and Technology Competition, where applicable);
Student Profile Form (printed from the University's system), bearing a 4 × 6 cm photograph certified by the local authority with an official overlapping seal;
Temporary Upper Secondary School Graduation Certificate (for 2022 graduates) or Upper Secondary School Diploma (for graduates of previous years). The original must be presented for verification, together with one notarized copy;
Original Upper Secondary School Academic Transcript;
Birth Certificate (original for verification and one notarized copy; applicants eligible for preferential policies must submit two notarized copies);
Notarized copy of the Household Registration Book;
Two notarized copies of the Citizen Identification Card or National Identity Card;
Supporting documents for admission priority policies in accordance with MOET regulations (see accompanying instructions);
Documents required for tuition fee exemption or reduction, where applicable (one notarized copy);
International English or French language certificates (if any). Present the original for verification and submit one notarized copy;
Youth Union and Communist Party membership transfer documents (if applicable);
Temporary Residence Notification issued by the local police authority (not required for students with permanent residence in Hanoi).

For Male Students Subject to Military Service

(To be submitted after enrollment)

A copy of the Military Service Registration Certificate issued by the District Military Command;
A Military Service Transfer Letter or Confirmation of Temporary Absence Registration issued by the Commune/Ward Military Command.
