1. Method 1: Admission based on the 2024 High School Graduation Examination results
Candidates register online via the Ministry of Education and Training’s (MOET) centralized admission system from July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024.
2. Method 2: Admission based on high school academic records (Transcript)
(Applicable to both 2024 graduates and candidates who graduated from high school in previous years)
Candidates register online in two steps:
Step 1: Register on the University’s system at https://xthb.huce.edu.vn from April 20 to 5:00 PM, May 31, 2024.
Step 2: Register on the MOET’s centralized admission system from July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024.
3. Method 3: Admission based on the 2023–2024 Thinking Assessment Test results
(Organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology)
Candidates register online via the MOET’s centralized admission system from July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024.
4. Method 4: Combined Admission
Candidates register online in two steps:
Step 1: Register on the University’s system at https://xtkh.huce.edu.vn from April 20 to 5:00 PM, June 15, 2024.
Step 2: Register on the MOET’s centralized admission system from July 18 to 5:00 PM, July 30, 2024.
5. Method 5: Direct Admission and Priority Admission
5.1. Direct Admission:
Candidates register by following these steps:
Step 1: Fill in the appropriate Direct Admission Registration Form:
For candidates under Points a, b, Section 5.1.1 of the Admission Announcement: Download [HERE]

For candidates under the University’s own Admission Scheme: Download [HERE]
Step 2: Complete the application dossier as guided in the attached Admission Announcement file.
Step 3: Submit the dossier directly to the University (during office hours) or send it by express mail to:
Undergraduate Admission Division, Office of Communications and Admissions, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering – Room 304, A1 Building, 55 Giai Phong Road, Dong Tam Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
