The 8th International Conference on Science and Engineering, Theme: “Urban Planning and Real Estate in Smart City Development”
The 8th International Conference on Science and Engineering, themed “Urban Planning and Real Estate in Smart City Development”, is jointly organized by Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU), Russia, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture (UAH), Vietnam, and National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), Vietnam. The conference is scheduled to take place in April 2020 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Construction and Real Estate Management
Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering
Technology in Smart Cities
The conference will be attended by leading scientists and researchers from more than 25 countries worldwide.
All submitted papers will be reviewed and evaluated by the International Scientific Committee of the conference, and approved papers will be published in proceedings with an ISBN number.
High-quality papers will be selected for peer review by specialized journals and submitted for publication in recognized SCOPUS-indexed journals.
All submissions are required to be written in English and formatted according to the detailed guidelines provided.
