The Economic Engineers Club is an academic club directly managed by the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, with the goal of supporting students' academic performance while creating an environment for students' self-development.
II. SUMMARY CONTENT
1. Implementation Status of Activities in the Academic Year 2019-2020
a) Outstanding Activities
(1) Recruitment of Course IX Members:
To maintain and further develop activities, each department selected its own excellent members.
The departments collaborated, dividing tasks such as program planning, promotion, logistics, etc., to create the most comfortable recruitment session for applicants while still maintaining the quality of the intake.
(2) The 11th Birthday of the Economic Engineers Club:
The Events Department, along with members from other departments, prepared logistics, guest reception, and sent invitations to guests and partner clubs.
Additionally, on the occasion of the birthday, the Club officially admitted and presented shirts to collaborators who became official members after a trial period.

(3) Organization of the "Go Beyond Your Limit" Competition:
This activity, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy and various English centers (in the form of scholarships), created an environment for students to share their personal English learning journeys and offer advice to others based on their own experiences.
(4) Economic Engineers Club Field Trip:
The field trip aimed to bond the members together, thereby increasing the effectiveness of teamwork.
(5) Participation in the "Vuon Cao Xay Dung" (Soar High, Construction) Competition organized by the Youth Union of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering: The Club members responded very actively and enthusiastically to the activity launched by the University's Youth Union. The Economic Engineers Club sent its most outstanding members to represent the Club in the competition with an eager and studious spirit.

Regarding Student Scientific Research Activities:
Student participation in scientific research is an opportunity to experience as well as cultivate more experience, software operation skills, and the ability to search for and select information. Grasping these benefits, the Club encourages its members to participate in this movement, namely:

2/ Direction, Tasks, and Targets to be Implemented from Now until the End of 2020
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Club is currently in the process of reviving its programs.
In the first month of the new academic year 2020-2021, the Executive Board will organize the first wave of member recruitment: Expected to be implemented and specifically planned before the beginning of September; simultaneously, strengthening communication efforts for member recruitment.
The Club will actively participate in emulation, study, and training, maintaining its performance and striving further in academic activities to grow stronger. It will encourage Club members to participate in scientific research (NCKH) and other movements organized by the University Youth Union.
Continue regular extracurricular exchange activities with other clubs and teams within the university.
The Club's goal is to become the go-to place for students whenever they need academic assistance or desire an environment for activities.
Streamline the apparatus and enhance the specialization of each department. Strengthen the training of outstanding members and create favorable conditions for the remaining members to learn and develop.
Successfully organize sessions to guide team members in mastering office IT applications and key support software for students such as CAD, Photoshop, etc.
The Club commits to rectifying any existing shortcomings while striving to organize more academic-related events for students both within and outside the Club.
III. CONCLUSION
The Club successfully organized the admission of new members, held supporting tutoring classes, organized the "Go Beyond Your Limit" program, and the 11th birthday of EEC. Everyone has tried their best to help the Club excellently fulfill the goals set from the beginning.
