Program Learning Outcomes V1 – Construction Economics Major

The V1 learning outcomes of the Construction Economics program at the Faculty of Economics and Construction Management are designed to equip students with solid professional knowledge, comprehensive career skills, and personal competencies necessary to meet practical requirements in construction economics and management. Specifically, the program aims to develop the following competencies, represented by the Program Learning Outcomes V1 (PLOs V1):

PLO1 Apply fundamental principles of natural sciences, social sciences, engineering economics, design, construction, and construction management to solve basic professional problems in the field of construction economics and engineering.

PLO3 Analyze data to support decision-making in construction economics operations and construction enterprise management.
PLO4 Apply information models and advanced technologies in managing construction investment projects oriented towards sustainable development and technological innovation.
PLO5 Work effectively both independently and in teams to solve problems in construction economics and management.

 

Program Learning Outcomes V2 – Construction Economics Major

The V2 learning outcomes of the Construction Economics program build upon V1, enhancing professional competence, practical skills, and innovative thinking to meet the increasing demands of the construction industry in the context of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation. Specifically, the program aims to develop the following competencies, represented by the Program Learning Outcomes V2 (PLOs V2):

PLO3 Analyze, assess, and control cost, time, quality, and risk effectiveness throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.
PLO4 Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities effectively, ensuring schedule, resources, and quality from preparation to final settlement.
PLO5 Apply quantitative analysis methods, big data exploitation, and specialized software to support accurate, efficient, and practical technical-economic decision-making.
