FACILITIES OF THE FACULTY OF CONSTRUCTION ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT – HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

The Faculty of Construction Economics and Management is proud to be situated in a modern and well-equipped academic and research environment, inheriting the solid infrastructure system of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering – fully meeting the needs of teaching, learning, and advanced research.

At its Hanoi campus, the University has a total area of more than 3.9 hectares, including lecture hall buildings: H1 (6 floors), H2 (4 floors), H3 (7 floors + 2 basements), the Library building (4 floors), and the Laboratory building (10 floors). The campus also features a Sports Center (1,403 m²), Auditorium G3 (900 seats), administrative buildings A1 (6 floors) and A2 (2 floors), and a student dormitory with an area of 8,012.22 m² providing 1,000 beds.

Currently, the University is investing in the construction of an Experimental Training Campus located in Nam Cao University Urban Area, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province, with an area of more than 24 hectares. In 2022, the University put into operation a lecture hall building (2 above-ground floors), a student dormitory (5,095.78 m² with 500 beds), a practice ground (5,024 m²), together with a synchronized system of technical infrastructure at the Ha Nam campus.

    • Self-study Room – 2nd floor: 350 seats

    • Open Reading Room: 200 seats

    • Internet Room: 40 seats

    • Multimedia Room: 30 seats

    • Reading Room for Graduate Students and Lecturers: 30 seats

    • Textbook Room: 100 seats

  • Textbook Room: 118,878 volumes

  • Open Reading Room (Vietnamese & Foreign publications): 58,790 documents
