In today’s era, knowledge and skills in project management play an extremely important and necessary role. With the continuous development of the country and the economy, the demand for projects is increasingly diverse and abundant. Along with global development, economic, social, scientific, technical, technological, and sustainable development requirements have brought new and complex challenges to projects, requiring a workforce with appropriate qualifications and skills.

The Project Management program at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) was established to provide high-quality human resources capable of ensuring the success and efficiency of project planning and implementation across economic, social, environmental, cultural, scientific, technical, and technological fields.

Projects arise worldwide—globally, regionally, nationally, locally, and within organizations and businesses. This major provides systematic foundational knowledge on project formation, selection, and management according to international project management standards. It also equips students with skills in project planning, evaluation, and implementation while providing opportunities to practice modern project management tools to prepare for post-graduation careers.
